Experience
Katie-Anne is has been providing clinical supervision to therapists in training since 2013. Since that time, Katie-Anne has supported other therapists in a variety of formats and settings, including clinical consultation, mentorship, individual therapy, and both individual and group supervision to counselors and social workers at all stages of professional development (including Masters-Level Counseling Interns, Residents, and Licensed Clinicians). Reach out to discuss partnering together to support you in finding success in your personal life, in your professional role, and in thriving with a healthy work-life balance.
Individual Counseling
As mental health professionals, we do our best work when we do our own work. We all know that we benefit from support to process the secondary traumatization, burn-out, and issues of countertransference that are natural aspects of helping professions. Katie-Anne particularly enjoys working with those in the helping professions, who are seeking support to be their best selves both in and out of their work lives.
Clinical Consultation
Katie-Anne offers one-time and ongoing clinical case consultation for therapists seeking additional support with clinical challenges. Areas of focus include working with children, adolescents, and young adults; trauma therapy; PTSD and dissociative disorders; providing therapy intensives; TF-CBT; and other trauma-focused clinical issues.
LPC Supervision
Katie-Anne is a Board-Approved Supervisor in Virginia, who provides individual and group supervision for Residents in Counseling working toward LPC licensure. Katie-Anne provides clinical supervision to Residents in Counseling, who already have a job/worksite.
